Rosehips and hibiscus flowers combine to create a delicious tart red tea naturally very high in Vitamin C & bioflavonoids. A touch of licorice root, marshmallow root, orange peel and clove make this perfect for providing a caffeine free boost and to sooth the throat.
Prepare by steeping 1 teaspoon herb per one cup near boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Strain and sweeten or add lemon to taste.
