It can help relax and re-balance, and is good for colic when gently massaged onto tummy in a clockwise direction. Massage helps develop baby's sense of touch and non-verbal communication, offering bonding through interactive involvement.

Here's a few tips:

1. Massage your baby in a warm room and sing while massaging

2. If your baby expresses any discomfort or is not in the mood, try another time.

3.Remember, touch is more important than technique.
